The Building Inspection Division is responsible for the permitting process through which the city ensures compliance with all codes and ordinances, relative to the construction of buildings and building sites.

The City of Chandler is now on My Government Online (MGO).

Building Inspections
ALL inspections are scheduled online at MGOconnect.
Inspections are conducted Monday - Friday between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (observed holidays may affect this schedule).
Inspections are conducted by our contracted inspection company.
